1. Health (Physical + Mental)

  • Why: Your body and mind are the foundation of everything else. Without health, nothing else is sustainable.

  • What to prioritize:

    • Sleep, movement, nutrition, hydration

    • Managing stress, therapy if needed, mindfulness

    • Regular checkups

2. Relationships

  • Why: Humans are wired for connection. Deep, authentic relationships are one of the greatest predictors of long-term happiness.

  • What to prioritize:

    • Family (chosen or biological)

    • Close friends

    • Romantic partnerships

    • Boundaries (quality > quantity)

3. Self-Development

  • Why: Growth gives life direction and meaning. You’ll feel stagnant without it.

  • What to prioritize:

    • Learning (reading, courses, reflection)

    • Self-awareness

    • Emotional intelligence

    • Creativity or hobbies that challenge you

4. Purpose + Fulfillment

  • Why: Doing things that feel meaningful gives your days a sense of significance beyond routine.

  • What to prioritize:

    • Work that aligns with your values (or contributes to a greater cause)

    • Volunteering or helping others

    • Exploring passions or personal missions

5. Time & Energy

  • Why: Time is finite, and energy is precious. Where these go determines your entire life experience.

  • What to prioritize:

    • Saying "no" more often

    • Intentional use of time (not just productivity, but presence)

    • Rest, recharge, and downtime

6. Financial Wellness

  • Why: Money isn’t everything, but it affects everything. Financial stress can take a huge toll.

  • What to prioritize:

    • Budgeting and mindful spending

    • Saving and investing

    • Creating financial freedom/flexibility

7. Spirituality or Inner Peace

  • Why: This is the inner compass — whether it’s religion, philosophy, or just learning to sit with yourself.

  • What to prioritize:

    • Practices like meditation, prayer, or journaling

    • Reflecting on values and beliefs

    • Being connected to something bigger than yourself
